DaZheng Special Fiber Co.Ltd. was founded in March, 2014. It is a provincial high-tech enterprise which specializes in the production of special fiber. Our company is located in East High-Tech Zone of Linyi County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. The transportation here is extremely convenient. It is only 60 kilometers away from Jinan International Airport, Jinan High Speed Rail Station and Dezhou High Speed Rail Station.
Our company targets at building a technology-driven enterprise. At present, our company has built a close cooperative relationship with many research Institutes and downstream customers carrying out a deep research and development of special fibers. At present, the company has obtained 5 national invention patents and 2 utility model patents.
Our company’s figured sea-island fiber products are divided into two categories, Toluene-dissolve and Alkali-dissolve. Both of them have polyester and nylon island products. Respectively, there are three specifications of the two categories, 16-island, 37-Island and 64-Island, of sea-island filament and spun. Orange-petal fiber have two specifications, 16 and 32 petals of which 32-petal orange fiber is the first domestic production. Our company has developed ‘recycled polyester figured island spun’, ‘high shrinkage polyester figured island spun’. Besides, our company also develops ‘colour polyester figured island microfiber leather’ with the cooperation of many automotive Interior firms.
Our company has many production lines which can organize production flexibly and produce many standards products at the same time. Super black nylon figured island spun produced by our company has obvious advantages in black degree and colored light. The price is also moderate. So, it is the best choice for producing high-quality super black suede microfiber leather . Our company has developed many kinds of colored nylon and polyester figured island spun with the cooperation of downstream customers which can help downstream customers to improve product quality protect environment.
In addition to fiber products widely used in microfiber leather, our company also produces high-quality Island wipe cloth together with supporting enterprises. Our company also has plans to expand to textile fiber, chopped fiber and other fields. We hope to develop strategic cooperation with downstream customers which have strong development capability.
The construction of our company is divided into three phases. Our company has an annual capacity of 18,000 tons now. We can attain an annual capacity of 55,000 tons after fully constructed.
